Meet Our Obstetrics and Gynecology Team
Our OBGYN team is led by board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist Richard L. Love, MD. With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Love is trained to provide complete care of women in all stages of life. To view a full list of services, click here. Dr. Love is a Knoxville native, graduating from the University of Tennessee. He then earned his medical degree in 1993 from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City. Dr. Love went on to complete training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Kentucky in Lexington in 1997. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association.
Sevierville has been home for Dr. Love and his family since 1997. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married since 1987. They are blessed with three children: Laura, Daniel, and Audrey.
Dr. Love performs procedures and delivers babies at LeConte Medical Center.
Jennifer is a Sevierville native, where she continues to reside with her husband and three boys. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Jennifer worked as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Fort Sanders Sevier for 6 years while obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee. Jennifer completed some of her clinical training with this practice and has been a member of our team since July 2006.
Dana is also from Sevierville, where she lives with her husband and two children. She graduated from Walter’s State Community College with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2008. Dana worked as a registered nurse at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital for 8 years, during which she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2012. Dana later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Carson-Newman University in 2017. She completed her women’s health clinical rotation at LeConte Women’s Healthcare Associates and joined our team as a nurse practitioner in August 2017.
When she’s not working, Dana’s enjoys running, boating, traveling, reading, and watching her kids play sports. She is a member of Pathways Church in Sevierville and serves as a board member for Live-It Ministries.
